This is my wintery, festive field dinner all done on the barbecue!
This seasonal one-pot pays a homage to September's annual British Food Fortnight and Harvest Festival celebration.
I used Dorset blue vinny cheese for this dish as it has a sweet and gentle flavour for a blue cheese – lots of taste and less 'tang' than something stronger like stilton.
